But I and my house will serve the Lord, for he is holy. – Joshua 24: 15

Hiding scripture in our hearts is a great way to learn the Bible, to get closer to the Lord, and to live a life of Torah.

Debarim (Deuteronomy) 6: 6 – 9:

6 And these words, all that I command thee this day, shall be in thy heart and in thy soul. 7 And thou shalt teach them to thy children, and thou shalt speak of them sitting in the house, and walking by the way, and lying down, and rising up. 8 And thou shalt fasten them for a sign upon thy hand, and it shall be immovable before thine eyes. 9 And ye shall write them on the lintels of your house and of your gates.”

A great way to fix our thoughts, and minds on Torah is to have scripture throughout our homes.  You can write your favorite scriptures on an index card and stick them on the wall or the bathroom mirror so you can easily see and memorize scripture regularly. You can also print out scripture printables and put them in a frame on your mantel.
